Home Design Flooring Inc. provides local delivery for eligible flooring and tile orders from our Vaughan showroom to customers in Vaughan, the Greater Toronto Area, and surrounding Ontario communities.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated using the road distance from Home Design Flooring Inc., 8001 Jane Street, Unit 3, Vaughan, Ontario, to the delivery address entered at checkout:

  • Up to 20 km: $100 CAD
  • More than 20 km and up to 60 km: $150 CAD
  • More than 60 km and up to 130 km: $250 CAD
  • More than 130 km: Please contact us to arrange delivery and receive a custom delivery quote.

Delivery note: Depending on the delivery distance and order quantity, a lower delivery rate may be available. Contact us before placing your order for a personalized quote. Any discounted rate must be confirmed by Home Design Flooring Inc. before the order is placed.

Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Delivery charges may be adjusted only if the delivery address, access requirements, quantity, or order details change after the order is submitted. Any adjustment will be confirmed with the customer before delivery.

Delivery Area

Standard online delivery is available to eligible addresses in Ontario within 130 km of our Vaughan showroom. Orders outside this area require prior arrangement. We do not currently offer standard online delivery outside Ontario.

Delivery Time

Most available orders are delivered within 2–3 business days after product availability, payment, and delivery details are confirmed. Same-day delivery may be available for selected in-stock orders when confirmed by Home Design Flooring Inc. Delivery dates and times are estimates unless guaranteed in writing.

Large, Heavy, and Special Orders

Flooring and tile products are heavy and may require special handling. Customers must provide accurate access details, including condominium rules, loading areas, elevators, stairs, parking restrictions, and site conditions. Additional charges may apply when special equipment, extra labour, restricted access, or repeated delivery attempts are required, but these charges will be confirmed before delivery.

Receiving Your Order

An adult must be available to receive and inspect the order unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing. Please report visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items as soon as possible. Products should be stored indoors in a clean, dry, climate-appropriate location and handled according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Pickup and Installation Orders

Showroom pickup may be arranged after stock and payment are confirmed. Free delivery offered with installation applies only when it is included in the written quotation or order confirmation.
